Cancellation & Refund Policy

Transparency is key to our service. Please review our cancellation terms below.

1. Refund Eligibility Timeline

Since we reserve the entire venue exclusively for your event, preventing other bookings, our refund policy reflects the time needed to re-book the space.

*Example: If your event is on the 20th, you must cancel on or before the 9th to be eligible for a refund.

2. Processing Timeline & Method

  • Processing Time: Once a cancellation is approved, the refund will be initiated within 6–7 business days.
  • Payment Method: Funds will be credited back to the original source of payment (UPI, Bank Account, or Card) used during the booking. We cannot refund to a different account for security reasons.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made within the 10-day lockout period.
  • No-shows (failure to arrive on the event date).
  • Cancellations due to personal reasons, change of plans, or scheduling conflicts.
  • Early departures or unused hours during the rental period.

4. Cancellations by Trovinn

In the unlikely event that Trovinn must cancel your booking due to operational issues, facility maintenance, or billing errors on our end:

  • A 100% full refund will be issued immediately.
