1. Scope of Service

Trovinn ("The Venue") provides rental of auditorium and convention space located in Lakkidi, Wayanad, for events such as weddings, corporate meetings, and private functions. These terms govern the use of our online booking platform and the physical venue.

2. Payments and Billing

• Full Payment: 100% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. No partial advances are accepted.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking through our secure payment partner (PhonePe).

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All bookings are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please review the full policy details regarding refund eligibility, timelines, and non-refundable scenarios on the refund policy page.

4. Venue Usage & Restrictions

The Client agrees to the following usage guidelines:

• Prohibited Items: No flammable materials, illegal substances, or alcohol.
• Timings: Events must conclude by 9:00 PM. Overstaying is not permitted.
• Damages: The Client is liable for any damage to venue property (furniture, equipment, structure) during the event. Repair costs will be billed directly to the Client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Trovinn is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or injuries sustained by guests on the premises.

Force Majeure: Trovinn shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, red alerts, strikes). In such cases, a reschedule may be offered at management discretion.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vythiri/Kalpetta, Wayanad.
